Pro Swing — Club Policy

At Pro Swing, we want every guest to enjoy a safe, fair, and fun experience. To keep the simulators and facility in great condition, we ask that all players follow the rules below. By booking and using the simulators, you agree to these policies.

Reservations

Guests are encouraged to book simulator time in advance, but walk-ins are welcome if space is available. Please begin your session on time and be courteous by finishing promptly so the next group can start without delay.

Safety

For everyone’s safety, only one person may swing a club at a time. All other players must remain behind the designated safety line while waiting their turn. Only balls provided or approved by the facility may be used in the simulators.

Conduct

We expect all players to show respect toward other guests and staff members. Unsafe behavior, rough play, or intentional damage to equipment will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the facility.

Food & Drinks

Food and beverages are permitted only in designated areas to help maintain a clean and safe environment. Outside alcohol is not permitted in the facility under any circumstances.

Attire & Equipment

All players must wear clean shoes with non-spike soles to protect the simulator flooring and turf. Personal golf clubs are welcome, but they must be clean before use inside the facility.

Monitoring

For the safety and security of our guests and staff, the facility is under continuous video and audio monitoring. By using the simulators, you acknowledge and agree to this monitoring.

Health & Safety

All guests are solely responsible for their own health and safety while using the facility. This includes ensuring that they are physically able to participate, using equipment properly, and exercising caution at all times. Pro Swing does not accept responsibility for injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur during use.

Responsibility

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the simulators, equipment, or facility during their session, whether intentional or accidental.
